PM

I have been so busy doing nothing lately that I forgot to blog all about it.

Later today I am meeting the Prime Minister, no big deal. Well maybe. There is ANOTHER election in a few weeks so he is coming to the crap hole that is TBay. Since my brother works for the PM's office, he registered us to visit. You have to clear security checks and stuff. My whole family has been approved...except for me! So far I haven't heard...I wonder if it's the blog? The animal rights activism? The off colour jokes? Anyway, I hope I get in. It will be terribly unfair if Steve gets to go and I don't.

Other than that I just had two weeks off where I cleaned for my bro's visit, and laid around doing NOT A DAMN THING. It was fabulous. On the dream front, if you want crazy insane dreams, drink chocolate soy milk and eat an entire veggie tray with red pepper hummus. I'm telling you.

My animal stuff is doing good. I may apply for the board of directors of the humane society... not sure though. My preference is hands on stuff but perhaps I could make a difference behind the scenes? I will have to sleep on it, although with my dreams I don't think I will get a straight answer. Our group had a great meeting and we came up with some action plans to improve the welfare of animals in the city. I feel so good about this direction my life is taking. Seems like I am on the right road. So with that I will let you know if I get to meet the country's leader or if I vote for the other guy.

I would prefer hands-on stuff, if it were me. Sounds like fun.
not sure about the hummus, though (sounds like heartburn).

Love the lazy. I could totally do that. As it is, I've begun another quilting project 'cause it feels so good to finish them. I can't believe it. :)

And my most recent sort of project is trying to host a party (for friends - that actually may show up. wouldn't that be fun.) If all goes well, should be a lot of fun (and something I could totally get used to!). We shall see.

Good luck getting to see the Prime Minister. ;D Our fingers are crossed (I'm speaking for everyone here).
